Super friendly staff, and the room was really modern with chill LED lighting. Plus, brekkie was a lekker spread!

Just a bit far from the downtown action, so you need to plan your travel a bit.

The staff are affable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Have to say I loved delicious breakfast. It has a combination of an excellent service and a quiet ambience: D

exploring budapest is easy from this central hotel

I really enjoyed my stay, especially having easy access to landmarks like Heroes' Square just over 4 km away and the beautiful Szechenyi Chain Bridge less than 7 km away, both perfect for leisurely strolls amidst fine views. The breakfast was also a highlight.

Hotel is brand new, very clean. Staff is very friendly an helpful. Taxi to city center costs about 2000 huf - great price. Safe deposit is free of charge.

No fridge in the room, no ice machine on corridors. Wifi was not working properly

I appreciate that the hotel is not yet officially open - so if I stay in future I would like to see: Room service available, Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms, minibar/fridge in rooms. Not easy to know which stairs you can use freely instead of lift, the lighting the rooms could be improved - ie the main light is not bright enough.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and had a nice safe. Breakfast was decent, and parking felt secure. the dining staff could improve their friendliness.

Brand new hotel. But...

Brand new HOTEL...not everything up an running. Gym did not exist despite signs for one. 15 Euro breakfast is ridiculous. Had it our first am and is was perhaps a 5 Euro breakfast. Need to include in the price like 90% places in Europe. This place is about 20min walk to train station and then about 20min to the center. Give or take 35-45 min to the center. Oh and parking is not free despite this not even being close to the city center.

The check-in process was painfully slow. Waiting for ages just isn't ideal after a long journey. I found the room condition lacking when I arrived-had to switch because of some hair left behind. Parking costs ten euros a night, which feels a bit steep, especially when you consider noise complaints from outside. Let's not forget that the lack of nearby dining options could lead to some boring meal choices if you're not keen on hotel food.

Room and Hotel was great, also the stuff. It is about 15 min. walk to the next Metro station, so it's not so far as it looks like. The hotel is perfect for a short weekend trip and it was worth for that price.

- The area around the Hotel seems a little bit poor (but there were no problems) - Breakfast was good, but a little bit too less for a 15 EUR price. (I must say, I had an offer and I didn't payed the real price)

The Junior Suite was spacious and super clean, which I loved. The mood lighting above the headboard was a nice touch. Plus, the bed was really comfortable. They had a Nespresso machine, and I appreciated the selection of teas. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with so many choices catering to different diets. It seemed like a solid start to my day!
